Steinway Lyngdorf with new Dolby Atmos processor.

Steinway Lyngdorf announces new AV processor that is compatible with the new surround format Dolby Atmos. It is rumored that it will be named P2.

 

 

Steinway Lyngdorf has already a surround processor in the range named P1 (pictured). This has the room correction system Room Perfect - developed by Peter Lyngdorf, which have exceptionally long experience in the subject.

The new processor is named P2, and will be displayed at CEDIA Expo in September. It will be capable of decoding Dolby Atmos. It will have HDMI 2.0-compatible inputs, and should be ready in early 2015.
