Pro-Ject have produced turntables since 1991, and now they turn a battle for the very lowest price. Elemental Series will be a quality option for budget customers.

The player comes in two basic versions, Elemental and Elemental Phono USB. I will not insult the reader by explaining the difference between these. It is otherwise available with top plate in 3 different colors, black, red and silver.

Elemental has belt drive, and comes with a 8.6-inch ultra lightweight arm. This should be optimized for Ortofon OM5, which comes installed on the player.

Pro-Ject emphasizes that Elemental will be most Plug and Play, and deliver the pre-adjusted counterweight and anti-skating.

 

Price in U.S. is 199USD, including OM5. While the USB version is at 249USD. We do not know the price in Norway.
