RECORD NEWS: Two new releases from TACET.

TACET Audio get two new releases in June. One CD and one Blu-rayAudio.

 

We start with the CD, which contains the composition Music for saxophone and string quartet in seven movements, by Roger Hanschel. The music is performed by the composer on saxophone, along with Auryn Quartet. This string quartet is an acquaintance from their sparkling recordings and interpretations of Haydn's complete string quartets.

The release on Blu-ray Audio Devices 7 with One Stroke, and includes concertos by Antonio Vivaldi. These are performed by Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra, with Ariadne Daskalakis artistic director.

7 with One Stroke was released on CD in 2013, and now we are lucky that it is being re-released on Blu-ray Audio, Real Surround. And the schematic instrument statement reveals the obvious - here it is again aggressive surround mix from TACET.
