Musical Remote Galaxy, with compositions by Norwegian Flint Juventino Beppe, performed by London based Philharmionia Orchestra - conducted by Vladimir Ashkenazy.

According 2L its launch plan comes three releases this fall. The first of the scroll made public today. There is talk of release both on 180 grams vilnyl, and the Pure Audio Blu-ray. The latter track with 2.0 LPCM, 5.1 DTS HD MA at 24/192 and 7.1 DTS HD MA for 24/96.

The most exotic is still the slot with 9.1 Audio 3D in 24/96. This is the 2nd release from 2L with this format with 4 height channels. And there is one more to come this fall that they are working on now.

The only catch with Auro-3D is that it is not yet available decoders for the private sector. In professional systems Auro-3D is indeed very much widespread, but that is not yet in the domestic segment. Just one week ago we communicated on facebook news that Datasat had entered into an agreement with Auro-3D on the implementation of the decoder in their high-end processor RS20i. This is a rather unknown product in the Norwegian market, but we can hope that it is the beginning of a trend where the larger HW manufacturers are going for Aur-3D decoding.

Anyway, it appears to be great music here - revealed a sneak listenvia  Wimp Hifi, where the recordings are already available as lossless ALAC 44.1/16. Furthermore booklet tells about a circular array of musicians around a central microphone Group - a grip we have witnessed earlier from Lindberg Lyd.
