New topic page about Dolby Atmos

We have created a new theme site about Atmos - Dolby`s new format.

 

 

This topic page will be updated, and we will collect all relevant material about Dolby Atmos here.

The currently most extensive section is a hopefully complete list of AV receivers that are compatible with Atmos. It lists the total of 14 receivers from manufacturers Onkyo, Denon, Yamaha, Pioneer and Marantz. This section will be completed as new models are emerging, and we've included a bunch of key information about each model - the information that is relevant to Atmos. We have also linked our separate articles on these models, and to extensive information from the manufacturers.

There is also a section with videos where Dolby atmos is the theme. Currently, seven videos, of which four are produced by Dolby, two of Onkyo, and one by Pioneer.

We also have other self-produced articles in this topic screens. Initially an earlier published article about the format war between Dolby and Auro-3D, but it's also an article on speakers for Dolby Atmos brewing. So stay tuned!

We will also eventually create a link list of informative articles produced by others.
