Denon with new budget stereo

DCD-500AE PMA-500AE and has been the entry level models of the AE series. Now, the guard change.

 

 

The up and coming source is named DCD-510AE. Like its predecessor, this PCM1791 from Burr Brown DAC is an oldtimer that we first met already in 2003, in the surroundreceiver AVR3803. Denon DCD-510AE has a couple of analog outputs and an optical digital output, and may in addition to CD`s play MP3 and WMA.


The new amplifier is the PMA-510AE, and provides 2x45 watts into 8 ohms. 6 analog inputs including 2 recording loops, and a Phono input in addition to two sets of speaker terminals.

Both the CD player and amplifier come in black or premium silver.
