In mid-May, we announced that an agreement had been made for Sound United to acquire Onkyo Corporation's Home Audio Division. Implementation was to take place on 30 November.
Onkyo announced yesterday, October 4, that this agreement has been canceled, after it became clear that all the conditions in the agreement were not possible to implement. Nevertheless, Onkyo expresses its belief that the agreement could be good for both parts and that they are no stranger to resuming negotiations later.
